1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the YouPlayPickle platform ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

YouPlayPickle provides an online booking platform that connects pickleball players ("Users") with independent pickleball facilities, clubs, and court owners ("Vendors"). We act strictly as an intermediary platform to facilitate bookings and do not own, operate, or control the physical courts listed on our site.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate court availability, pricing, and descriptions.
  • Ensuring their physical facilities are safe, secure, and ready for use at the booked times.
  • Handling any on-site disputes, injuries, or customer service issues related to the physical venue.
  • Honoring all bookings made through the YouPlayPickle platform.

4. User Booking and Cancellations

When a User books a court, they enter into a direct agreement with the Vendor. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the individual Vendor's specific cancellation policy. YouPlayPickle is not liable for refunds due to weather, facility issues, or User no-shows unless specifically stated otherwise.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall YouPlayPickle, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, personal injury, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the physical courts booked through our platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
